In a multicultural society, each person has the right to choose his or her own culture, and each person has the right to choose freely whether to praise or denigrate it, and therefore each person respects each other and is different. Then a common perception of multiculturalism will emerge, which will naturally lead to a state of social integration, i.e., a republic. In this regard, we can clarify a concept. In the past, it was often said that the identity of a nation is the identity of a culture. But now it seems that we can accurately say that national identity is based on the identification with the correct multiculturalism. "Multiple voices, perspectives, and personalities bouncing off one another can give rise to out-of-the-box thinking. "(Reynolds,2021)

For example, although there are many different local cultures and various religious cultures in a country, these different cultures do not divide the society, but rather, under the competition of multiple cultures, the best and the worst are eliminated, and to a certain extent, each takes the best and discards the worst, and brings the society into a kind of integration. As mentioned above, in a multicultural society, all cultures will go through the process of taking the best and discarding the worst to a certain extent, and become a relatively harmless and even beneficial culture with its own characteristics. It is clear, then, that the right kind of multiculturalism can only bring some kind of improvement, not decline, to the culture of a region. In particular, it can even have the effect of re-creating the culture of those regions that were already at a disadvantage. Here, we will talk about the moral impact of cultural enhancement on a region.

First of all, we have to distinguish between public and private morality. While institutional rules influence the public morality of the people, culture influences the private morality of the people. Multiculturalism refers to the fact that as human society becomes more and more complex and the flow of information becomes more and more developed, the transformation of culture is accelerating and the development of various cultures is facing different opportunities and challenges, and new cultures will emerge. In the modern complex social structure, we are bound to need different cultures to serve the development of the society, and these cultures serve the development of the society, which creates cultural pluralism, that is, multiculturalism in the context of complex society.
